Addicted! & Healed?!

Braxton loves his robe; wears it almost daily. After baths this morning he said, "mom, I'm addicted to this robe!" What??? Was my response. He said, "you know, like those people are addicted to cigarettes or poison (alcohol) we pray for". Cutie! I think a cuddly robe is a great thing to be addicted to!

A few weeks ago Jake was having pre-bedtime wrestling with our kids in their room. I was still downstairs and heard Brax crying - an I'm really hurt cry. Jake said, I think his arm might be broken in a very calm voice. Brax laid in bed the rest of the night without moving his arm and yelling when someone even moved his bed. After our bedtime routine and praying for his arm multiple times we went downstairs thinking if it really is broken it will still hurt in the morning. 2 hours later we hear, "mom, dad help!" I went up to find a little boy in lots of pain still. We picked him up - he was in lots of pain anytime we touched his arm or even caused it to move and I drove him to the ER. We checked in, did vitals and waited to go back to see the Dr. After about ten minutes; he looked at me shocked and said, "Mom! My arm is not hurting! Then slowly began to move it. Then he slowly extended it all the way and said, "Jesus healed me!" He was totally shocked! I got to walk up to the lady at the front desk and ask, "what happens if your kid gets healed in the waiting room?" She told me we were free to go. We drove home praising GOD and even got in bed by midnight!
