Kooper is playing upward basketball and I get to coach his team! He really wanted to play, and in the very busy season of life we prayed about it and felt like there was grace to just do it- though it would be tough. It is only an 8 week season and four of those we were supposed to be out of town. Ouch! This weekend we had staff retreat at the lake house. The kids and I had to come down after practice on Thursday; and then come back on Friday night b/c we had an 8:30 am game Saturday. Just the beginning of fun! Kooper did great, and even scored his first basket! He had a lot of fun and was so fun to watch!
