Koop & Josh to the rescue

after the release

Stuck
We have encountered lots of birds lately. Random? Not sure the significance. While in Haiti we were seated under a tree one day during team time when a tiny little bird dropped out of his nest - Koop and a few of the other girls took care of it for the day and then it was gone - hopefully he made it:) When I got back we were outside picking weeds and watering the flowers and the boys found another tiny bird in our yard. Again, they took care of it and it is no longer there. The worst bird, the kids found at Juju & Grandad's after swimming one day. Poor little guy was stuck to a sticky mouse trap. He looked as though he had not a chance. But after a little water to lessen the stickiness and one of juju's forks to do a little prying the little guy was free. Maybe a little damage to one of his wings though. So - random, but 3 helpless birds in a week - maybe there is some significance? Our little nature caretakers did great caring for all of them!Matthew 6:26
Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
