Margaux and Dusty's wedding!

The sweet couple!
Waiting for the cake!
We left the William's and went to Margaux and Dusty's wedding in Tulsa. The kids had lots of fun - especially b/c the girls were there. Margaux was so beautiful and they are going to be a great team!

Tulsa!

The kids having rest time!
Breakfast with the Williams kids!

We went to Tulsa last weekend for a wedding and to hang out with Megan, Shawn and their 3 sweet kids- Landry, Hudson and Boden! It had been a while since we had gotten to spend time with them and the kids loved playing together; almost as much as we loved hanging out! We played, stayed up way too late, the dad's took the kids to play at the park, rode tandem bikes and swam in their awesome pool! Can't wait for you guys to come to Norman and destroy our house!:) We love you friends!

Preslee coloring!

She's getting too big!
Little lefty!

Preslee is in a coloring phase. She is so cute coloring with her little left hand. She always says, "this is for you and my daddy!"

Molting!

The home for our caterpillar
Preslee just being her cute self!

I would put our kids up against anyone in an adventure challenge. They have no fear of nature. They have been know to bring spiders and poisonous snakes inside wanting to keep them as pets. The new thing they say when they find something is, "mom, can you get on line and see how to take care of this?" The caterpillar did cocoon but never became a butterfly. Nature is such a great example of what we can see in the natural happening in the spiritual - it provided for lots of talks!
Isaiah 42:9 See the former things have taken place, and new things I declare. Before they spring into being I announce them to you!

24 Hour Prayer

Preslee - and yes she is just in her princess panties! Her outfit was too cute to get painted!
Kooper - He was really good and had lots of interpretation to his painting!
Sutton - Drawing fish bones - not sure interpretation here - maybe Ezekiel?
Braxton - very organized in his painting until the end and went to messy finger painting!

We have started 24 hour prayer at the church from Friday @ 8am until Saturday 8am each week. It has been fun and very powerful. We have a kid worship time on Friday mornings and the kids had so much fun painting a canvas and themselves. It really is fun to worship in lots of ways. It was fun to hear each of them hear God and respond with their little fingers!

Matthew 19:14 Jesus said, "let the little children come and do not hinder them. For the kingdom of God belongs to such as them."

Welcome Elizabeth Kate!

She's here - Elizabeth Kate - 7lbs 5oz - just perfect!
Here are her proud cousins and big sister
The new hospital had a beautiful waterfall the kids threw rocks into
There was lots of pretending as we waited - Anna's a great mommy to my boys - she will be a great sister to Elizabeth
Preslee and baby Alex (Marci's sister's baby)
Nate was a favorite playmate too

My mom, the kids and I went to Waco on Monday to be there when baby Elizabeth arrived. The kids actually enjoyed the wait time swimming and playing with Anna. It was a quick trip but so worth it. Elizabeth is beautiful and Marci did so great - she made it look so easy! My kids loved seeing their cousin and Preslee had a few interesting questions. We love you baby Elizabeth and know God has great plans for your life. Felt like He said you will be one that walks in Grace and Mercy!

Jude 20-23 But you dear friends build yourselves up in the most holy faith and pray
in the Holy spirit. Keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the mercy of our
Lord Jesus to bring you to eternal life. Be merciful to those who doubt; snatch others
from the fire and save them; to others show mercy, mixed with fear - hating even the
clothing stained by corrupted flesh.

Port is 4!

Digging up treasure!
Port had a cool birthday at Juju and Grandad's pool with a fun treasure hunt. The kids sure do love their cousin. Braxton and Sutton are so glad you are 4 like them. You are a sweet boy and can't wait to see who God has made you to be.

Harvest!

We took our lifegroup to share the gospel this week. We simply waited on God for pictures or words for where to go and who to share with. We ended up at a park and got to share with lots of people - included a completely covered woman - I mean completely covered (not a normal site in the Bible belt - but for some reason very exciting for me). One of our elementary kids told his dad he really felt like they should share with this man playing soccer with his 3 sons. It was amazing to watch the man and his boys get ministered to; but equally amazing to see this kid be in tune to the holy spirit and boldly share. Also, we had pictures of gazebo / mushroom shaped top, man in jean shorts with t-shirt and tall socks, sitting on a bench, alone. Jake found him shared the gospel - 1st time the man had heard it all the way through - and gave His life to Jesus! Wow! We are so proud of you guys for just going for it - our hearts are so encouraged!
One of the pics was an igloo so we headed on over afterwards to have snow cones with the Stovers!

Do you not say, "4 more months and then the harvest?", but open your eyes and see the fields are ripe for harvest. John 4:35

Happy 4th of July!

My little firecrackers!

Braxton chose a pop-pop!

Jade and Preslee in the baby pool!

We spent the 4th at the lake with family. It is so fun to watch the kids together! All the 3 and 4 year olds played mom and dad - no one actually ever took the dad role (I guess they figured too big of shoes to fill) but Anna is always the mom and the boys rotate between being the son and pets. So funny to hear their conversations. Wow - they are growing up so fast! Kooper was willing to stay home from the lake to take part in the parade so we made our own parade. The other 2 houses (Noles and Liddell's) and the Lippoldt's house cheered us on as they marched and rode on 2 decorated mules (not real mules:). Kendra and Blake painted faces. Not sure what Blake's job was but Kendra would paint some great firework on one cheek and blake would draw a tiger eating a bunny on the other - too much time in a deer stand:) What a fun weekend!

Psalm 127:1 Unless the Lord builds the house the builder labors in vain. Unless the Lord watches the city the watchmen stand guard in vain.

Downtown with Michael & Amanda

After the horse drawn carriage ride!
Bass Pro
The Hill
We met Michael and Amanda for dinner in bricktown and then took a horse drawn carriage ride to the Bass Pro shop. Preslee said, "I'm cinderella" - amazing since she has never seen any cinderella shows - but she does say all the time she is having a pink cinderella party! But the kids favorite thing of the night, was rolling down the hills on the walk back to the car.

Job 8:21 He will fill your mouth with laughter, your lips with shouts of joy.

Daddy teaching the kids the art of golf ball retrieval
Daddy taught the kids the art of getting in the pond behind Juju and Grandad's and retrieving golf balls. They had a blast but took it even further. The next morning they washed them out back and Kooper made a sign on the back of a pizza box he found in the trash that said Golf Balls 25 cents. I sent Jake the picture of them on the porch and Bri-bri saved me by calling Kooper and said he wanted to buy them all. When he showed up Koop had a receipt for him and a bag of balls - thanks Brian -I would have had to sit there all day!

Little River Zoo!

Dax, Sutton, Will & Brax
Brax, Preslee and Nana riding the bus!
Sutton and Dax were seat buddies on the bus

We went on a HOT field trip with Braxton and Sutton's class to the little river zoo. It is very interactive so the kids loved touching the little croc and rat (seriously when did a rat become a zoo animal), feeding the kangaroo's and of course riding in the gingerbread bus is sooo cool! They love having Dax in their class and Nana surprised us by showing up and going with us.

Psalm 119 I have hidden your word in my heart, that I may not sin against you.

The Brick!

Everyone loves a ticket!
When you have a shirt on that says "hotdog", what else could you eat?
Haynes and Preslee sharing something messy
Redhawk, Redhop or Redrobin depending on who you ask
The kids playing on the hill
We went to a redhawks game with Juju, grandad, nana, papa, bri-bri, sa-sa, port, haynes, ella and their lollie and champ. Quite a crew. The kids had lots of fun but don't know if the baseball game played any part in that fun - except for Koop. They did love when the redhawk came to our box to visit and take pictures and Preslee yelled redhop the rest of the night when she saw him.

Matthew 11:25 He has hidden things from the wise and learned and reveals them to little children.
