Mamma said there would be days like this!

Maybe not my mom but every book I have read and every fellow adoptive momma alike have said, there are those days! Also, the encouraging (sigh) it will get worse before it gets better has been said to me more than once. I'm literally a happy intercessor (yes that is an amazing book), I see a problem and pray; i don't expect it to actually happen;-) Almost 2 months home and we were in a rhythm it seemed; life very busy and full and fun. Then it hit - crazy - whining at an all time high in our home;-). Praise God we have had the best three days since! So thankful for my hubby and kids and I'm sure I'll need reminded a few times along the road; I would not trade a day of it! God woke me about 3:30 am the night of the crazy of crazy days - I only thought a good nights rest was exactly what I needed- He knows me perfectly and knew I needed to pray and war and see Him come in all of His perfectness. And the thing He just kept speaking over and over was "my mercies are new EVERY morning"-ah, what a sweet place to rest in Him!
Romans 8:26
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.
