Thank you for loving us and carrying us in your hearts! Wow, God is sooo good! So the latest in our world of adoption is that the 'little girl in Ghana' still has a pending case and we have basically been advised that her case is not likely to open for some time if at all. She is actually being cared for by extended family is the word - so Praise God - though our hearts felt overjoyed with the thought that she could be ours - if all reports are accurate - the investigation for us to bring her home ended in ONE LESS ORPHAN! You bet I have some major questions I will probably never get answered in her defense, but for now we will just pray for this sweet little one God put in front of our eyes for some reason. But we think that reason was to turn our eyes to Ghana! We have been open with our agency about the intentions of our hearts and not wanting to do anything to mess up our contract, but also let God fully have His way and walk led by the Spirit. So this week we did it - leap of faith - broke our contract with our agency to pursue adoption through Ghana - West Africa! We will be joining a Pilot program with an agency that is breaking through in a new region of Ghana that has only had one adoption thus far. So we are joining the pioneer team of 6 other families to hopefully make a way for many other families to find their way to their children! It's bitter sweet but we will always say Yes to God and the next thing He has for us! We are excited about this new adventure and will update when we have an update! Thanks for praying our little one home!!!

We will miss ya'll as part of the AGCI family, but I am SO EXCITED to see the child that God has chosen for ya'll in Ghana!!!
