Antioch Norman

Most of our team!
Laura, Leslie, Julie, baby Brooks, Jojo and me
Kristi - miss you already!

Wow! God's faithfulness is so good. We are so excited to see all He is going to do in Norman. Thank you to all of you who have prayed with us and walked through the process of waiting for God to speak. We are so excited to be back in Norman and see fully why He has us here and not the uttermost parts of the earth. We will just say this is Judea or Samaria. We have been back for a little over a month (but gone for several weeks in that time). It has been so great to see a city so familiar to you with fresh eyes; after being gone for 16 months. Our team is all moving this next month and the Bennett's will be coming to pastor the church in April when baby Brooks arrives! (Here are some pics from a team night we had and we also had a baby shower for Julie and baby Brooks this weekend).  It has been so great to see God's faithfulness and the way He is forming this team and vision that is His when we have cried out, even though we often don't know what we are crying out for - praise God He does! We have also seen lots of power of God for salvation and healing! Our desire is to see an Isaiah 61 move - bind up the broken hearted, set the captives free, release from darkness for prisoners, that they would have a crown of beauty instead of ashes! Transform this city God! The wait is almost over. We are actually starting small groups next week and officially launching April 19th! We are excited and expectant of this next season!

Acts 1:8
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
