Our kids will often see the sunset or a beautiful sky and say, "look mom God is painting us a picture!" Well, this morning I was headed out to run when I noticed a couple down the street standing on their porch looking up at God's picture. As I turned to look I was stopped in stride by the beauty of the sky and the brief gift God had given us. I of course always want to know what God is saying and don't want to miss any gifts from Him. I asked if there was something in the beautiful painting He was speaking and He said just enjoy it! I think that is a word for each of us. Enjoy the little things because He wants us to and because everything good is a gift from God.

I know I try my hardest to enjoy all the little things in life....they are often the things that matter most!
